Open Compute Project solutions aligned for expected growth in Europe

Taurus Group and Circle B have joined forces to accelerate the delivery of Open Compute Project (OCP) solutions by increasing capacity of production, inventory and expansion of the distribution channel for the European market. The open source-based solutions are growing in interest and are expected to reach 59% CAGR by 2020 in EMEA region according to IHS Markit research organization. Through OCP a more Sustainable and Efficient IT Infrastructure will result in substantial TCO, Capex and Opex benefits.

These cutting-edge solutions have initially been created from a collective need to move away from standard market systems to create a highly adjustable solution. After development by leading organisations such as Facebook, Intel, Microsoft, a wide adoption followed by organisations like Rackspace and others. For many years, hyper-scalers have been greatly benefitting from these innovations. Now Taurus Group and Circle B are making the OCP innovative solutions readily available for organisations with a much smaller infrastructure such as private, co-location and edge data centres.
